- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (CI)
- Copy of latest Business Registration Certificate (BR)

What Is the Penalty for a Late Annual Return?
A Hong Kong private limited company must deliver its annual return (NAR1) to the Companies Registry within 42 days after each anniversary of incorporation. Late registration fees rise sharply with the delay:
