Documents Required for a Virtual Office
Under anti-money laundering rules, licensed company service providers must verify client identity. Please prepare the following when applying:
Existing company
- Copies of Certificate of Incorporation (CI) and Business Registration Certificate (BR)
- Latest annual return (NAR1)
- HKID or passport copies of directors and shareholders
- Proof of address within 3 months for directors and shareholders
- Brief description of the business nature
Company not yet formed
- Proposed company name
- HKID or passport copies of directors and shareholders

4 Steps to Apply for a Virtual Office

Submit Information & Verify Identity

Sign Agreement & Pay
Sign the service agreement and confirm the address usage arrangements.
Update Company Address
If used as the registered office address, Form NR1 must be filed with the Companies Registry within 15 days of the change; a change of business registration address must be notified to the IRD within 1 month.
FAQ
Can the virtual office address be used for company registration?
Yes. The address can be used as the registered and correspondence address with the Companies Registry and the IRD, meeting statutory requirements.
Is there a physical meeting room or desk?
The current virtual office plans do not include physical meeting rooms or desks. If needed, enquire about our office rental service.
Is there a phone answering service?
The current plans do not offer phone answering; Plan B provides a fax number and fax receiving / forwarding.
Will letters be scanned and emailed to me?
The plans provide Mail and small parcel collection but not letter scanning and forwarding for now; you can arrange to collect your mail.
