——What is the process for applying for funding?
- After receiving the application, the Secretariat will issue an acknowledgment notice to the company and check the completeness of the application form and documents.After passing the assessment by the review committee, a recommendation will be made to the Director of Innovation and Technology to decide whether to receive funding. If it is recommended to award funding, the company must respond to the committee's recommendations within three months and submit a revised application form and necessary documents to the Director for review and approval of funding. Successfully approved companies need to sign a funding agreement with the government, and the terms to be followed include project reporting, financial reporting, etc.
——What documents are required to apply for this grant?
- The applicant company must submit copies of the following documents with its application: (a) Certificate of incorporation issued by the Companies Registry; (b) Valid business registration certificate; (c) The most recent annual return (or incorporation form of a newly established company) Form); (d) Notice of change of company secretary and director (appointment/cessation) (if any); (e) Notice or certificate of change of company name (if any); and (f) Application company and company group ( (if any) organizational chart to prove that their company is eligible to apply for the program.
- The applicant company must submit information and other supporting documents in accordance with the Enterprise Support Program Application Form Filling Guide and the requirements in the application form to effectively demonstrate the value of the project.

Applicant companies and their projects will be considered by a project review committee composed of independent experts from the innovation and technology industry, and will be evaluated according to the following standards and weightings:

innovation and technology content (25%);

Technical and managerial capabilities (20%);

financial factors (15%);
-
Opportunities for commercialization of project results (30%); and
-
Can it benefit the overall society or cooperate with government policies (10%).
- The application project must pass each evaluation criterion before it can pass the funding review and be approved for funding.
——How long does it take to apply?
- After the applicant company submits the required information and documents, it will generally be informed of the assessment results in about 2 months. If the application is recommended by the project review committee for funding, the applicant company must revise the content of its application form and submit supplementary information and relevant supporting documents within three months in response to relevant opinions before signing a funding agreement.
