Technology Voucher TVP

  • The Technology Voucher TVP is coordinated by the Innovation and Technology Commission and encourages Hong Kong enterprises to use technology solutions to improve productivity or upgrade business processes in the form of grants.

 

  • The upper limit of the subsidy amount is 600,000, which will be distributed in two phases. The first tranche of funding will be released after the applicant signs a Technology Voucher Funding Agreement with the Department. The remaining funds will be released after the project is completed and the relevant report is accepted by the Department.

Apply for TVP
  • Provide business registration (BR) certificate

  • NAR1 form from Companies Registry

  • Provide evidence of substantive business operations

  • Provide a copy of the signatory's identification on the application form

  • Provide copies of quotes for expenditure items

Technology Voucher Program(TVP) Fund
  • A maximum of six projects can be approved, with a maximum funding limit of HK$600,000.

  • The plan will be based on a ratio of 4:3, that is, the project will cost 800,000 yuan, the applicant will invest 200,000 yuan in cash, and the government plan will support 600,000 yuan.

  • The scheme is applicable to enterprises of all sizes (except listed enterprises) with substantial business operations in Hong Kong (no minimum period of one year is required)

-Companies incorporated in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310) Registration of Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in Hong Kong-

A statutory body established in Hong Kong under the relevant Ordinance

✔ Not a government-funded institution or an affiliate of any government-funded institution

✔ Have substantial business operations in Hong Kong when submitting the application, and the business must be related to the application project

 

Simply put, as long as they are unlisted companies (including limited companies and unlimited companies), institutions that do not receive government funding and guarantee company organizations, they are eligible to apply.
